Has anyone had a bad experience w/Hair Club for Men? My fiance did. Let me know.?

My fiance had a bad experience. They DO NOT tell you everything up front. They charged $2,600 for a glorified wig that we thought would last for up to three years, but were told only when he got it that it would only last seven months and he would have the option of purchasing a maintence plan for $1,300 (which we were not told about up front). Also, it will be harder to take care of than they act like. First you sign the contract, then it is a couple of months until your ';matrix'; is ready. By that time, you only have that single day to let them know if you don't like it, and then you only get 50 percent of the purchase price back. Don't people usually have so many days to get out of a contract? Is this long time gap their sneaky way of going around this? Is there anything we can do to get at least part of our money back?Has anyone had a bad experience w/Hair Club for Men? My fiance did. Let me know.?
